New ground source heat pump project underway

Groundsource have started the install of a new kensa engineering 12kw high temperature heat pump at a site near St Keverne in Cornwall.

The pump is being fitted to provide 100% of the heating and hot water requirements of a grade two listed former mill building.
The high temperature model will provide hot water without the need for immersion boost. It will also ensure that the underfloor heating can provide sufficient heat to the building to overcome the heat losses in the grade two listed structure. The ground heat is being supplied from two boreholes on site
