Ground Source SW have been awarded the contract to install Kensa Engineering Compact Heat Pumps in 11 houses in Cornwall.
The works comprised the drilling of geothermal boreholes, installation of ground probes, grouting, all required ground works and the installation of the Ground Source Heat Pumps.
The properties were previously heated by solid fuel so the Ground Source Heat Pumps were retrofitted.
Access was over domestic paths and gardens so access and neat working were some of the constraints overcome.
