In these very worrying times Aquasource would like to ensure our borehole and servicing customers that we will make every effort to continue with the maintenance of their equipment.
However following the revised government advice we would like to inform our customers of the precautions we are taking to protect our workforce and clients. We appreciate that many of our borehole/filtration customers will fall into the ‘vulnerable’ category and can assure you that their protection is a high priority for us. To minimise the risk the our customers and employees we are taking the following precautions.
Our service teams are being split up into pairs that will work together and not mix with other service teams. They will come to work at different times to ensure this. They will not share equipment or vehicles. There will always be on team on callout to cover emergencies.
If any of our employees develop symptoms they will be sent home to self isolate according to the latest government advice. If one of a team shows symptoms then both will self isolate
All our service teams will carry hand sanitiser and use it before and after every site visit.
Usually the filtration/borehole equipment is in a shed or outbuilding and we would, in most cases, not need to meet our clients face to face to carry out the service. If there are any problems or issues arising we can discuss these over the phone; even when onsite. We would ask that our clients cooperate in this to keep them and our employees safe.
