Update:- The beach defences at Caerhays peformed brilliantly during the recent storms and high tides!
Aquasource Ltd have completed a beach defence scheme at Caerhays in South Cornwall for Caerhays Estate.
The works included the placing of Galvanised steel soldiers/uprights and railway sleeper packing.
The sea wall is toed in using a mas concrete footing along the length of the wall.
The method was chosen to minimise the visual impact of the scheme and maximise the use of recycled materials.
